Santhosh Kumar is the Group Vice Chairman for ANAROCK Group Business Services. With over 20+ years of experience, Santosh is highly respected in the real estate industry and successfully manages and executes operational excellence across India and the GCC market. Prior to joining ANAROCK, he has held various leadership positions at Chesterton Meghraj, Tramwell Crow Meghraj and JLL to oversee the development and implementation of the service delivery strategy in Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Anuj Kejriwal is CEO & MD | ANAROCK Retail. ANAROCK Retail is the result of a strategic partnership between ANAROCK and Faithlane Property Advisors, which he launched in 2017. Prior to launching Faithlane in and its subsequent absorption into the disruptive ANAROCK Group, Anuj was National Director for Retail Services at a prominent international property consultancy. In this capacity, he set strategic direction for the retail division and drove revenue growth for the West India market. He also oversaw the retail business in Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. Overall, he has 15 years of hands-on experience in advising domestic and multinational retail property owners, occupiers and investors.

A Civil Engineer with an MBA in Data Science & Analytics and a PMP-certified professional, she brings over 15 years of experience across planning, project controls, cost management, and operations. At Anarock PMES, she leads Digital Project Management and operational process transformation, with a focus on leveraging technology and analytics to drive smarter construction outcomes. She has also contributed to the development of prop-tech and digital solutions for the construction sector and was recognised among Realty+ 40 Trailblazers Under 40 in 2025.

Amit Jaitly, Managing Director – West & North India, Anarock PMES, is a seasoned real estate professional with over 22 years of experience across major Indian metros, including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. Shajai Jacob is the CEO | GCC (Middle East) MD & Country Head | Apna Complex. He has over 18 years of experience in domestic and international markets and his current role focuses on technology-driven real estate brokerage operations across UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia as well as high potential North African markets. Prior to joining ANAROCK, Shajai was the Executive Director & Head – Marketing (West Asia) for JLL, and was responsible for strategic marketing, business development support and brand management.
